Changemarks Improve
Engineering Change Order Communication
MYRIAD's Changemarks® feature helps improve communication and reduce
human errors. More than just a way to step through markup
comments, Changemarks record the author, date/time and
even the view state, including the sheet, page,
layer states, zoom level and background color. The
reviewer sees the drawing exactly as the author intended.
Reviewers of the engineering change order workflow
simply invoke the tool, then click the Next button. MYRIAD
jumps to the next comment until all change order requests have
been reviewed. It makes markup review easy and ensures
every change request has been reviewed.
Changemarks can even be exported directly to a Microsoft
Word document. MYRIAD copies the Changemark title, text,
hyperlink and image for pasting directly into engineering
reports.
Print Changemarks views for paper-processed change order approvals,
or publish them to a series of HTML web pages for internal
or external reviews, such as by engineering or
manufacturing groups, using a web browser and your
intranet or extranet. Search Changemarks by discussion topic, title, author
or time.
