MYRIAD 3D Reader Licensing |

We use the word "free" when referring to the use of
the MYRIAD 3D Reader. Here is what we mean:

You may only use the Software for
corporate/individual/educational use. You may use this
Software for business commerce; however, you may not use
the Software in any way to provide, or as part of, any
commercial service or software application that derives
revenues through leasing, software sales, embedded
solution products, subscription-based Web services,
bundling CD-ROMs publishing, etc. A royalty license is
required when the Software is included, embedded, or
part of, any fee-based offering.
For example, the MYRIAD 3D Reader is free when used to publish and
provide visual information about your products to your
customers to aid in their purchasing decision and you
freely provide MYRIAD 3D Reader.
MYRIAD 3D Reader is not free when distributed with any
purchased software or product. |
