The MYRIAD 3D Reader is an ActiveX control that can be easily embedded into any container supporting ActiveX, including Web pages (IE only), Visual Basic applications, Visual C++ applications and even the Microsoft Office product suite.

The MYRIAD 3D Reader is composed of three layers. The top layer is a simple EXE desktop wrapper that contains MP3DV.dll. The MP3DV.dll contains all the user interface (the side panel and top buttons) that appear in the EXE version. You can embed this control into your application or Web page and immediately have all the functions that the MYRIAD 3D Reader offers (as seen in the "Online Demo" section on this Web site). The lowest level is MPview.dll, which is the core functionality of the Reader with no user interface included. This control is provided for developers to create new user interfaces for the functionality they want to enable. All of the core functionality visible in EXE is available to developers through the control with or without the user interface.
